IM-RP ("the service") is owned and operated by Hashtag SA ("the provider") and provides its services subject to the following terms and conditions. Any participator ("user") must read these terms and conditions carefully before using the service.
The provider reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without notification. The user are responsible to keep up to date with the terms and conditions.
Registration and participation in the service is free of charge and does not require any payment whatsoever.
Any staff member of the provider may exclude the user from the service at any time in case the service terms and conditions or service server rules have not been respected by the user.
The user of the service is entitled to support regarding the service, regardless of whether they have made any payments or are free users.
The provider strives to respond to any support inquiry by the user as soon as possible (at most within 5 business days). Usually, support requests are handled within 24 hours.
Support enquiries are primarily to be made using the website's Support Ticket feature. ("Support", "Create Support Ticket")
In case of website issues or issues with the Support Ticket System, the user may contact the provider using e-mail for support inquiries. ([email protected])
By creating a payment to the provider with an amount of the users choice, the user's virtual balance will be credited with the amount of their choice. The user's virtual balance is available for them to use at any time. The virtual balance may be used to purchase or extend their optional premium membership as well as purchasing any optional digital goods. Any purchases made will be deducted from the user's virtual balance.
All prices displayed are as-is, all taxes are included. Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in the price as well, and is charged to the user if they are a member of a VAT eligible country for digital goods.
All payments made are for digital goods. Our digital goods do not involve any physical product and do not include shipping of any product. No shipping costs will be charged.
Payments made by the user will be credited to their virtual balance within 1 business day. However, usually the virtual balance will be credited within 5 minutes upon completion of the payment. The provider reserves the right to freeze, refund or cancel a payment made by the user within 1 business day in case of suspicious activity.
Virtual balance funds may not be withdrawn and may not be transfered between users.
All payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise was agreed between the provider and the user.
The user's virtual balance may be consulted at any time by clicking on the "Premium" page on this website in their control panel.
In case of a permanent service exclusion, the user is not entitled to a refund of their balance.
In case of a payment chargeback, the user will be permanently excluded from the service.
The user may top up their virtual balance using various payment methods, including: Paypal, Paysafecard, DaoPay
Premium memberships may be purchased using the user's virtual balance. The price of the premium membership will be deducted from the user's virtual balance.
Once a premium membership has been purchased, it will be activated instantly. All premium memberships have a duration of 28 days, regardless of days of the month.
Purchasing a premium membership while the previous one is still active will extend the expiry date of the previous premium membership.
Various other digital goods (i.e. in-game currency, in-game vehicles, ..) may be purchased using the user's virtual balance. The price of the digital good will be deducted from the user's virtual balance.
All purchased digital goods (with the exception of premium membership) are permanent and do not expire.
The digital good remains proprietorship of the provider, however the user may entirely control, use and trade their purchased digital good at any time without the consent of the provider.
The provider collects information when the user registers on the service or fills out any form on the website.
Additionally, the provider stores the user's IP address, ISP and browser agent in order to identify, reduce and block fraudulent or excluded users.
Any stored information by the provider is stored in the providers database. Any collected information will solely be used for the user's service experience. No information will be shared with any 3rd person.
In case of a payment to fund the user's virtual balance, we collect information of the user provided by the billing provider for invoicing purposes. These informations are not publicly visible to anyone but the staff of the service.
The user has the right to requested deletion of their registered information at any time. The user must submit a support ticket in case they you would like their information to be permanently deleted.
When you use G2A Pay services provided by G2A.COM Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "G2A Pay services provider") to make a purchase on our website, responsibility over your purchase will first be transferred to G2A.COM Limited before it is delivered to you. G2A Pay services provider assumes primary responsibility, with our assistance, for payment and payment related customer support. The terms between G2A Pay services provider and customers who utilize services of G2A Pay are governed by separate agreements and are not subject to the Terms on this website.
We and/or entities that sell products on our website by using G2A Pay services are primarily responsible for warranty, maintenance, technical or product support services for those Products. We and/or entities that sell products on our website are primarily responsible to users for any liabilities related to fulfillment of orders, and EULAs entered into by the End-User Customer. G2A Pay services provider is primarily responsible for facilitating your payment.
You are responsible for any fees, taxes or other costs associated with the purchase and delivery of your items resulting from charges imposed by your relationship with payment services providers or the duties and taxes imposed by your local customs officials or other regulatory body.
