Happy Hour is a special feature that provides double RPoints, double Interests, and no taxes during the Paycheck.

This feature is activated whenever a Lead Administrator or higher decides to enable Happy Hour.
It can also be activated by a premium member (Addict), each purchase of the Addict premium pack gives 1 happy hour to use via the command /happyhour.

Administrators usually enable it on weekends or during special days and hours.

Use the /gps command to find the location of the DMV (Driver License).

Drive to the checkpoint and enter the building. Then, use the /driverlic command to start the driving test.

You will receive an orange Stafford near the side of the building. Follow the set of checkpoints provided, making sure to obey all instructions carefully and complete each checkpoint without missing any.

You can purchase a phone at any 24/7 shop. Use the commands /buy or /locate and select 24/7 to find a nearby store.

Once you arrive at the store, enter the building and type /buy. A list of items will appear.

You can obtain guns in three ways: by purchasing them legally from gun shops in Los Santos, by crafting them using materials, or by buying them from other players.

To buy guns from a legal gun shop, you must have a valid weapon license. You need to reach level 5 to be eligible for a weapon license.

To get a weapon license, go to the Police Station (use /gps to find the San Andreas Police Department) and purchase one using the command /weaponlicense.

You can also buy materials or weapons from dealers who sell them. Finding a dealer requires using in-character methods.

IMPORTANT: You must be at least level 4 to start obtaining guns. The exception to this is the launcher, which requires 4 RPoints (equivalent to 4 hours on the server) before you can obtain guns.

The helper or admin is likely busy and unable to respond immediately. You can try reaching out to a different helper or admin for assistance.

Alternatively, you can use the commands /ask or /irc to request help. When using these commands, be sure to clearly explain your issue instead of sending only a brief message like "Help" or "Come here." This will help the staff understand and address your problem more effectively.

Visit forum.sa-mp.im and navigate to the "San Andreas Special Forces" or "San Andreas Police Department" sub-board.

If enlistment applications are open, submit your application there. Complete it carefully and provide as much detail as possible.

You may also attend a Walk-In Interview session, which is generally available at any time at their Headquarters.

The cost of a weapon license depends on the number you already had in the past. The first license costs $500,000. The second costs $1,000,000. The third costs $2,000,000. The fourth costs $4,000,000. The fifth and any additional licenses each cost $8,000,000.

If you lose your license due to infractions, you will not be able to obtain a new one for one week.

You can change your clothes by following these steps:
1) /clothes (gives you a checkpoint to the nearest in stock, open clothes shop)
2) Enter the Clothes Shop.
3) You can type /clothes and open the menu for available skins for your usage.
4) You can also google all the skin IDs at (https://wiki.multitheftauto.com/wiki/All_Skins_Page)
5) When you choose your desired SKIN type /clothes [ID]

NOTE: If you cannot choose that specific skin it could be that either that skin is restricted by a Faction OR your SEX/Ethnicity is not according to the SKIN. You can change your SEX/Ethnicity by doing /settings (which can be changed once every 2 weeks.)

You can join illegal factions by advertising that you're looking for a job. A faction may contact you regarding your advertisement.
This way you will likely first join as an outsider to prove yourself before a real invite.

Another way to join illegal factions is via advertisements they post, this way you will also likely join as an outsider for you to
prove yourself worthy, and then they might invite you into the faction.

Another way is applying for the faction if they have an application-based recruitment system. Legal factions also
regularly host so-called live recruitment sessions.

In order to create a group, use /groupcreate [NameOfTheGroup]. It costs $200,000!

To find the nearest bank, use the command /bank.

To locate the nearest ATM machine, use the command /locate > ATM.

You can report a player who broke a rule in two ways.

First, you can submit a report on the forum by visiting sa-mp.im/server/report-player. Fill out the application form and click submit.

Second, you can use the in-game command "/report <player> <reason>"

Reporting through the forum may be more effective when admins are busy in-game.

Be sure to have enough evidence to support your report, such as a screenshot or video, showing the player breaking a specific rule.

To join the staff as a helper, you should demonstrate exemplary and helpful behavior. Applications for helper positions open occasionally.

Becoming an administrator is based on trust and hard work. The management selects reliable and dedicated players for these roles. There is no formal application process to become an administrator.

You can change your password at any time by logging in to our website and navigating to the settings menu.

Enter your current password and your new password in the provided fields.

After entering both passwords, click "save settings" to update your password.

To change your name, use the command /changemyname <Firstname_Lastname>. Each name change requires one namechange credit. You can check how many namechanges you have by typing /stats.

You can obtain a namechange credit either by donating or by reaching 40 hours of playtime, which rewards you with one free namechange.

There is a forum thread called "Donate 4 Cash - Trading Center" where users buy and sell out-of-character (OOC) items such as namechanges, house claims, vehicle claims, and top-ups. You can also find a Discord channel named #ooc-items on our Discord server (sa-mp.im/discord) for similar purposes.

Please note that because namechanges are considered OOC items, advertising them is not allowed.

To create an advertisement, type the command /ad and then enter your advertisement in the dialog box that appears. Advertisements must be strictly in-character (IC). Do not mention illegal items in your advertisement, as this is prohibited.

If you are posting a company advertisement, use the command /cad. For priority advertisements, use /prad.

Please note that you must have a cellphone to post any advertisement.

Roleplaying involves acting as a character in a fictional setting. When you participate in a roleplaying server, you should behave and make decisions as if you were the character in real life.

This is not difficult because you can base your actions on your own experiences, adapting them to fit your character’s lifestyle. For example, if your character is named John_Doe, you should act and respond as John_Doe would.

All actions and decisions you make should reflect the personality and story of your character.

IC stands for "In Character" and refers to all the actions and speech you perform as your character.

In a roleplaying environment, you should treat your character as a real person. Act, speak, and behave as your character would in real life. This helps make the roleplaying experience more enjoyable for everyone.

For example, speaking in character might sound like: "Excuse me, do you know where I could find a place to rent cars?"

OOC stands for "Out of Character." It refers to the person behind the computer or laptop who is playing the game.

To communicate with others OOC, you need to use the /b command. This command adds brackets around your message to indicate that you are speaking as yourself, not as your in-game character.

To contact admins or helpers, use the /irc command.

For questions related to the server or community, use the /ask command.

When asking for help, state your question clearly and directly. For example, say "/irc my vehicle <vehicleid> is stuck" instead of "/irc help admin come to me!".

Legal jobs are available at City Hall. To find City Hall, use the command /gps and select City Hall from the menu.

There are also two illegal jobs: Thief and Drug Runner. You can locate these jobs by using the /gps command.

To see all the admins or helpers who are currently in the game, use the command /admins.

Anyone can apply for a weapon license inside the Police Department (in-game) for $500k and receive it instantly.

If your license gets revoked or has 3 infractions, you need to wait 1 week before you can buy a new one. The second weapon license will cost $1 million.

If your license gets revoked again, you need to wait 2 weeks before you can buy a new one. From now on, the cool-down will always be 2 weeks in case your license gets revoked.

The third license will cost $2 million. The fourth one $4 milliion, your fifth and every further weapon license will cost $8 million.

Changing your name revokes your current license, but does not apply a cooldown. If you change your name, you can head to the PD immediately and buy a license at the same price as your current one.

There is no way to reset the application count, even if you change your name.

People who already have a weapon license prior to this update (19/6/2019) and lose it, may apply immediately for a new license without any cooldown - which will count as their first application.

NOTE: You need to be at least level 5 to buy a weapon license.

RPoints are Respect Points.

Paytime occurs every full hour, such as 15:00 or 16:00. At each paytime, your RPoints increase by one, or by two if Happy-Hour is active. During paytime, you receive your basic payment plus any job payment earned since the last paytime, along with tax deductions and interest.

You can view your RPoints by using the /stats command. When you accumulate enough RPoints, you will level up.

At Level 15, you gain the ability to use the /name off command, which hides your name. At this level, you will have to start paying to tow your cars when using the /car tow [ID] command.

You must play for at least 30 minutes to receive your paytime. Use /stats to check your current paytime status.

To see other players’ levels, press the tab key on your keyboard and check the scores.

You are not allowed to return to the location where you died unless the situation has been resolved. This rule does not apply to law enforcement officers (SAPD and SASF). They may return after 10 minutes have passed.

Before responding to a backup call, ensure you are not returning to the same situation. Returning to the place where you died will result in a penalty.

Also, avoid joining the same wave of responders after you have died, as allies may still be handling the previous backup.

You can obtain weapon materials by purchasing them from other players. These materials are created by combining lead and metal in a warehouse controlled by an illegal faction. Civilians do not have the ability to craft weapon materials themselves.

The price of materials varies and there is no fixed market value.

When posting advertisements, please avoid mentioning weapons or weapon materials.

Avoid being scammed by using the command: /sell which will allow you to offer items for a maximum of $10,000,000.
Vehicles can be safely sold using the command: /car sell (using the car lot) or /car psell (using the Player Name).

Here are some simple tips you can bear in mind when trading an item:
- Do NOT pay before you've came to an agreement with both parties.
- Make sure you're fully focusing on the deal. Avoid situations like: "I didn't see ..."
- If you have been scammed, make sure you have a screenshot of the agreement and the transaction.
- If you ever get scammed, you will NOT be refunded! The scammer will get banned though.
- Make a screenshot of the agreement.

There is no fixed or stable market price for certain vehicles, houses, or businesses. Their prices are determined by supply and demand.

Please do not ask helpers or administrators for vehicle prices.

Go to a clothes shop (/clothes) and type /acc [1/2/3] to remove the accessory in the preferred slot. If you want to remove it temporary, you can use the command /acctog [1/2/3].

To change your ethnicity, go to /setting, then select My Character, and choose Ethnicity. Please note that there is a cooldown period after you change your ethnicity.

If you want to change your sex, you must use a name change, which can be purchased through OOC measures.

During a faction war, allied factions may provide indirect support by giving duplicate keys of businesses, houses, vehicles, materials, or drugs. Any other forms of assistance are strictly prohibited.

You must not interfere in gunfights or getaways under any circumstances. The only exception is when non-warring factions take control of territories from warring factions. Civilians are never allowed to assist in any way.

Direct attacks by allies are not permitted. However, allies may take territories or rob warring factions.

You are ALLOWED to;
- Look for job occupation on advertisements with legit words.
- Buy / sell stuff freely (always put decent effort in your advertisements, do not twaddle and describe yourself well).
- Advertise illegal stuff in a smart way (e.g. "looking for bulk white pillows");
it's allowed according to the ruleset, HOWEVER, bear in mind that Law Enforcement Agencies are always on-watch.

You are NOT allowed to;
- Use Out of Character terms / phrases (e.g. "looking for faction" or "i need admin")
- Advertise trash stuff / troll (e.g. "let's dance, come on go high").
- Advertise illegal stuff openly (e.g. "buying guns, drugs, bombs").

To retrieve a checkpoint or red marker, type /mycp in the chat.

Next, select the checkpoint you want from the list.

Then, click on the trace option to activate it.

To break the cuffs, you need a cuff pick. You can purchase a cuff pick at a hardware store by going to the red marker, entering the store, and using the command /buy.

Once you have the cuff pick, approach your friend and use the command /breakcuffs to remove the cuffs.

To become a casino dealer, you need to apply on the forum at forum.sa-mp.im/viewforum.php?f=159.

You can hide your nametag by reaching Level 15 or by making a donation to the server.

To hide your nametag, use the command /name off.

To call a taxi driver, use the command /service taxi.

To call a mechanic, use the command /service mechanic.

You must be a premium member (donator) to be able to change your forum account name.

You can rent a room at a house to change your spawn location. When you log into the game or if your character is killed, you will respawn at the rented house.

Use the command /rentroom to rent a house or to find available rentable houses.

To stop tracing a checkpoint, use the command /nomarker. This will remove the checkpoint from your radar.

You can change your phone number by using the command /changemynumber. Each time you change your number, one numberchange will be used.

To check how many numberchanges you have, type /stats.

Please note that since numberchanges are OOC items, you are not allowed to post in-game advertisements for them.

You can heal by entering an open house and using the heal command (/heal). Keep in mind that not all houses have the vest system, which provides armor.

You can also buy armor at an Ammu-Nation store. To purchase armor, you must have a valid weapon license.

First step:
As the owner/dupelicate key holder, go to the business and use /biz > choose settings > choose restock > order the amount of components and set the payout price.

Second step:
After ordering components, you will need to head to the components supplies warehouse (You can trace it through /gps)
where you have to go rent a van (Benson/Boxville) and buy components from there. (You can check the list of businesses that are in need of components by using /orders)

Third step:
After arriving to the rental vans place, get in a van and rent it (/rentcar - it costs $5.000 to rent one). After renting a van, you will have to buy components and set the specific amount you wish to buy. (/buycomps).

Fourth step:
After buying the components, go back to the business to sell the components (/sellcomps or press N at the entrance)

-You must (be the owner of the business/have the key along with permission to restock) to be able to restock the business.
-You need to be a trucker. (/gps>City Hall>Go inside and into the red marker>Choose trucker).

This device allows you to send a backup request, indicated by a red marker, to your faction members.

To rob a business, you need to be with three other members, making a total of four people. These members must be from the same alliance as you, or you can have four civilians in total. Use the commands /robbiz and /accept robbiz to initiate the robbery. Additionally, there must be four on-duty, non-AFK legal faction members present.

To start a bank robbery, you must be with seven other members, a total of eight people. These members must be from the same alliance as you, or you can have eight civilians in total. Use the commands /robbiz and /accept robbiz to begin. There must also be eight on-duty, non-AFK legal faction members present.

Note: You're not allowed to make advertisements (/ad, /prad and /cad) in-game to sell such things. You will get warned for this.

To view the list of available animations, use the command /animlist.

Alternatively, you can enter /commands and then select Animations from the options.

To hide your accessory, use the command /acctog followed by the accessory slot. To show the accessory again, enter the same command with the accessory slot once more.

You can obtain drugs by buying them from other players or by producing them at a drug lab.

To produce drugs, you need to find the business that sells the seeds in-character. After discovering this, purchase the necessary items, including a water canister and fertilizer from 24/7s and hardwares.

Once you have planted and grown the seeds, you must locate the specific drug lab for the type of drug you grew, such as ecstasy, heroin, or cocaine. Like the seed businesses, you need to find this location in-character.

Do not ask helpers or administrators for the locations of drug labs or businesses.

If you referred a player and he reaches level 2, both of you will be rewarded with $200k ingame cash. The new player you referred to the server will also be rewarded with a free car, a Sentinel.
If you referred a player and he reaches level 5, both of you will be rewarded with $1m ingame cash.

How does this work?
This is entirely automated, no need to nag admins about it and no long waiting times.
You can tell the player you invite to enter your ingame name as Referrer or simply give them a custom link you can see here.

There is also a new category added in the Top 15 stats which shows the players that have referred the most players.

Type "/car upgradefuel" to receive a checkpoint directing you to the appropriate business location. When you arrive, use the command "/car upgradefuel" again. Then, enter the desired upgrade percentage between 1 and 50.

Each 1% increase costs $500,000. For example, a 50% upgrade will cost $25,000,000.

You can earn these fortune spins from one of these:

- Statelot:
1st place (random chance)
2nd place (reduced odds)
3rd place (further reduced odds)

-Turfs:
Each original participant has a chance per successful turftakeover.

-Business robbery:
A chance for the person delivering the bag
A chance for the legal member returning the bag.

- Trucking
Trucking will get you a 1/20 chance for each trip of at least 4500m.

- Materials run
Material runs will get you a 1/125 chance for each delivery.

You are allowed to shoot someone with a rented moneyvan, regardless of whether it is loaded or not.

To leave a faction, ask a high-ranking member with the authority to remove members to uninvite you.

In some cases, such as during wars, you can use the command "/leavefaction" to leave the faction on your own without needing approval from a high-ranking member.

The cost to create a team may change over time. To find the current price, use the /services command while in the game.

Server is based on levels, each paycheck you receive RPoints, once you reach a certain amount, you level up. /stats to check your current amount and amount you need to level up.

You will not lose the money you earned while playing and working.

At every paytime it checks if the numbers of players exceed 100 so it re-enables for the next paytime.

/settings > global settings

To buy stocks, use the command /stocks. To sell stocks you own, use the command /mystocks.

Read /faq 44, they come in gift boxes during the Christmas event as well.

If with the addict package, 100k per 100m.

Each character has a fitness level that can be improved through gym activities like using the treadmill or participating in 1v1 boxing.

Fitness levels increase with activity but decrease by 10 per paytime (5 for premium members). To keep your chosen fighting style, you need to maintain a high fitness level by visiting the gym regularly.

- To locate the gym, use /gps > Los Santos Gym.

You pick up a package and deliver it. After delivering, if you survive for an additional five minutes, you earn experience points (XP).

You can use the XP to obtain items available at /mm rewards.

You can change the server to improve your ping by using the "Game Accelerator" option in the Launcher Settings.

Use the command /quickbuy or /qb to open the Ammu-Nation Quick-Buy Settings.

To configure weapons for legal factions, go to a legal spawn location and enter the command /givegun config.
