Overview
Houses are properties that players can own, customize, and use for storage. Each player starts with 5 house slots. Premium level 5 grants 2 extra slots, and premium level 7 grants another 2, for a maximum base of 9 slots (plus any bonus slots from house_slots). Houses and apartments share the same slot pool.
Houses can be claimed at valid locations using /claimhouse (requires a Senior Admin online to approve), or purchased from other players using /buyhouse.
Buying a House
To buy a house that is listed for sale, stand at the house icon and use /buyhouse. The purchase price is deducted from your savings account.
| Detail | Value |
|---|---|
| Payment method | Savings account |
| Tax on seller | 5% of sale price |
| Price display | Shown on the house label in millions (e.g. "$5,000,000") |
The seller receives the full sale price into their savings, then pays 5% sales tax from their hand money. This applies whether the seller is online or offline.
Claiming a House
If you have house claims available, you can use /claimhouse <interior id> while standing at a valid location. A Senior Admin or higher must be online to review and approve your claim.
