Decrease HOI standards
Suggestion:
Decrease the HOI standards.
As a member of an official faction, this doesn’t really affect me directly. However, the state of SA:MP is clearly declining, and over time players are moving on to newer games or ones with a more active player base.
I understand that HOI standards have more or less stayed the same, but now is the time to start valuing and retaining the current player base. I don’t have exact statistics to prove this, but it’s pretty clear that one of the main reasons people choose other servers is because getting official faction status is very difficult and takes far too long.
Right now there are only 26 players in-game, while a month ago it was 80+. Removing previous factions and heavily restricting slots is not helping. A large part of the player base is stuck in the unofficial or recognized unofficial stage with little chance to progress.
Something needs to change. Either adjust the HOI standards or start actively encouraging people to play. At the moment, players don’t want to join because there is barely any action. Unofficial factions depend on official factions for things like turfs or any other action. At the same time, official factions depend on allies and unofficial factions, however they don’t come in-game to match numbers or help create that sense of activity.
It ends up being a cycle. Unofficial factions can’t progress without official factions, and official factions aren’t active enough to support the server. Both sides depend on each other.

Its all because admins and HOI are abusing so hard that people dont want to play game no more, no matter how hard you work HOI will always fuck you up because you are just better, i suggest removing current hoi and decrease his power, because he is making server unplayable.
nice one lance sacco
Remove current hoi, unban all players, remove t0 bans
In my opinion, giving easy officials won’t change much. Current unofficials would probably get hyped for a month or two, grind for war and then the hype dies out. Rince and repeat. The whole problem is that wars, a secondary feature, became the main axis of IMRP’s activity. You suggest lowering standards, and that makes me seriously wonder if you took a look at some of the current leaders before posting this ; it’s the absolute bare minimum. That’s my two cents, and I am confident the management will do what they deem fit.
great idea tbh.

my goat
In response to Philip:
The main reason the game is still active is because of the shooting physics, everyone would have moved on already.
In response to Aigou:
Openly tell them who is a incompatible leader and should be changed for a response from the HOI.
Anyways, as xilliac stated on the discord, the least you could do is openly tell what the standards are.
