JS people counting in attacker/defender count

Current Behaviour:
If a player that has JS-tag is inside turf bounds it counts him as being part of the turf

Expected Behaviour:
shouldn't count them

Implemented in and ready for testing.

You can use /version to check if it should be live on the server.
