PB waves vehicle dissapears when a race is started

Current Behaviour:
When u play the new PB Waves system whenever someone starts an race all the cars dissapear and you have to change map to fix it

Expected Behaviour:
Well it should not Delete the cars when the race is started

Steps to Reproduce:

Make paintball room with a new like turf/wave system 2. Start a race 3. Watch your car dissapear

Implemented in 10.0.6 and ready for testing.

You can use /version to check if it should be live on the server.
