Reduce fpoint price for warehouse boost

Suggestion:
Currently the price for 1h of warehouse boost is 100 fpoints, I suggest lowering the price to 50 fpoints since to really gain from boosting the warehouse, you would have to actively boost it for a longer period of time which can be hard to do because of the current cost.

Who benefits:
would make the fperk (which is not really much used) more attractive
would reward investing in your warehouse more
would encourage more players to use the warehouse loading feature
