HP siege time.

Suggestion:
Currently, HP siege time is 15 minutes. As for takers, 99% of time the capture it within 3 minutes maximum, but as for defenders, it's pretty hard to defend a turf for 15 minutes. What I suggest is, HP siege time should be only 8 minutes instead of 15 minutes, to be more fair for defenders.
Who benefits:
To improve the new turfing system.
Who is hurt:
None at all.

No, it should be less time but multiple turfs should be allowed

+1 15 minutes way too long
Also if turf HP stays full for too long (atleast 30+ seconds), the timer should go down faster (ideally 2-3x)
Basically, if the defenders have a upper hand, they should benefit from it
