Cannot enter anywhere while participating in a mini mission

Current Behaviour:
The error displays even when I just press F to enter my vehicle while I'm in a mini mission.

Expected Behaviour:
Should not show the error just for entering my vehicle

Steps to Reproduce:
In this case, tested on a mountain bike

Implemented in 9.16.13 and ready for testing.

You can use /version to check if it should be live on the server.
