Clothes Stores don't show any price indicators

Current Behaviour:
There's no entry fee displayed and nothing when using /clothes

Expected Behaviour:
Display a price to use /clothes /acc either at entrance or inside

Steps to Reproduce:
Go inside a clothes store and use /clothes

Implemented in 9.16.13 and ready for testing.

You can use /version to check if it should be live on the server.
