Server restart problem

Current Behaviour:
When server restart the occupied faction bought rittos becomes normal rittos

Looking at the code, I do not believe this is true.

Please reproduce it and prove it with a screenshot of the chat message you get when entering the vehicle (e.g. "This Burrito is owned by Cuneo (faction bought).") before and after the restart.
