Game Accelerator selection unreliable

Current Behaviour:
The automated game accelerator selection is unreliable, sometimes it picks the wrong server. For example, earlier someone from Egypt auto-selected the India game accelerator and had a ping of 390.

Expected Behaviour:

  • Improve the latency and packet loss detection, use UDP if possible.
  • Remember the previous selection even if automated and pick that first.
  • Keep testing throughout the time the launcher is open and decide based on 95%.

• Implemented the game accelerator selection overhaul.

  • UDP-first probing via SA-MP query, with ICMP fallback.
  • Tracks rolling samples with success/failure instead of converting failures into fake 1000ms pings.
  • Calculates p50, p95, packet loss, jitter, and a weighted score.
  • Uses p95-based automatic selection with packet-loss and jitter penalties.
  • Persists lastAutoProxyServer and restores it immediately in automatic mode.
  • Keeps testing every 30 seconds while the launcher is open.
  • Requires sustained improvement before live-switching away from the current auto route.
