Current Behaviour:
I tried to open roulette with 1b in hand it wouldn't let me, said u needed 800m+ so i put my money in the bank and tried, still

Steps to Reproduce:
It's not for others, it's for me only I don't know how, I had 1.7b in bank still couldnt open bets

Implemented in 9.16.9 and ready for testing.

You can use /version to check if it should be live on the server.
