Suggestion:
Allows players to make their own auction.
But, every auction that's made, it takes around 10-15% cut by management.
Auction can be only houses/bizes/luxury cars (approved by management, when making auction)
Every player can make 1 auction per 30 days. If to avoid spam.
Not every house can be put on auctions (it has to be unique or very highly rated - not just some random 5m worth.
SanBay is really old and some people barely notice anything on forums, most of them not even using it.
Who benefits:
Overall, it is good for players, it's motivating sellers and it's a positive thing to move on (SanBay is old, barely someone using it, also selling over DMs is quite old)
Who is hurt:
Every auction charges you 10-15% of your sale.

Fully agree the forum auction section is barelly checked by anyone and it turned to be almost useless
👍
Good shi
Yes, should be allowed for players (or at least the premium ones).
I think, premium addict players can make every 7 days, premium 14 days, normal without premium, 21 or 30 days. Fair for donators, and good suggestion.
Sounds fair honestly.
BIG YES
Good suggestion. The forum auction system is outdated and should be removed, and player auctions should be implemented directly from the UCP and in-game as well. However, one auction per 30 days is a bit extreme in my opinion.
How about an upfront, non-refundable payment per auction based on the starting value, with a fixed minimum starting value? This way, people will not be spamming because they will lose a good chunk of money, and if they start with the minimum starting value to avoid getting charged more, it's a win as well because more people will be able to bid and feel included instead of just a few well established players bidding each time.
Additionally, for rare, premium properties, a premium membership requirement is a good way to keep the server funded.
