add a /last option for house/business/atm alarms for legals

Suggestion:
When there are a lot of robberies, it becomes hard to keep track and there are times where so many messages make it tedious to check past alarms. An option that displays the last alarms from houses, businesses and ATM's would be beneficial. It can be timed limited, such as displaying only alarms from the past 30 minutes.
