Overview

Apartments are properties located inside apartment buildings throughout the map. Unlike standalone houses, multiple players can own apartments in the same building. Apartments share a house slot with regular houses, so the total number of houses and apartments you own cannot exceed your maximum house slots.

To buy an apartment, go to any apartment building entrance (marked with a yellow icon on the map), walk inside, and use /apartments at the access point in the lobby. From there you can browse available apartments, buy one, or enter an existing apartment.

Each apartment building has a type that determines the size of apartments inside it. The price of an apartment is set per building and shown on the entrance label.

Apartment Types

Each apartment building offers one type of apartment. The type affects your locker capacity and the number of item slots available.

PropertySmallMediumLarge
Item slots51020
Max materials250,000500,000750,000
Max drugs (per type)200400600
The apartment price depends on the building, not the type alone. Check the label at the building entrance to see the base price.

Buying an Apartment

  1. Go to an apartment building entrance (yellow map icon).
  2. Enter the building lobby.
  3. At the access point inside the lobby, use /apartments.
  4. Select "Buy an apartment!" from the list.
  5. Choose an interior from the available options. Some interiors have an additional fee on top of the base price.
  6. Confirm your purchase. The total cost is the base building price plus the interior fee.

The money is taken from your hand or bank account. You can only own one apartment per building.

You cannot buy an apartment if all your house slots are full. Houses and apartments share the same slots.

Interiors

Each apartment building has a selection of interiors you can choose from when buying. You can also change your interior after purchase using /myapartment interior.

When you change your interior, you must pay the new interior's fee. You will not be refunded for your previous interior. Anyone currently inside your apartment will be moved out when the interior changes.

Interior change fees are not refundable. Make sure you want the new interior before confirming.

Locker System

Every apartment comes with a locker for storing items. Use /myapartment locker inside your apartment to view the locker contents, or use the subcommands below to manage it.

The locker can be locked and unlocked. When locked, only the owner can access it. When unlocked, anyone inside the apartment can store or take items.

Storing and Taking Items

  • Store items:/myapartment locker store [amount] [item name]
  • Take items:/myapartment locker take [amount] [item name]
  • Lock locker:/myapartment locker lock
  • Unlock locker:/myapartment locker unlock

Materials and drugs have maximum storage limits based on the apartment type (see the table above). Other items are limited only by the number of item slots.

Armor Upgrade

You can install an armouring system in your apartment. This is a one-time purchase available through /myapartment upgrade while inside your apartment.

PropertyValue
Cost$15,000,000
RefundableNo
The armor upgrade is not refunded when you sell your apartment.

Lock and Unlock

You can open or close your apartment to control who can enter.

  • /myapartment open -- Opens your apartment so anyone can enter.
  • /myapartment close -- Closes your apartment so only you can enter.

You can also toggle the lock from the /apartments list by selecting "Open/close apartment."

When your apartment is closed, you can still enter it if you have set it as your spawn point.

Spawn Location

You can set your apartment as your spawn point using /myapartment spawn while inside it. You will then spawn at your apartment each time you log in.

To stop spawning at your apartment, use /unrent.

You cannot set an apartment as your spawn point if you are already renting at a house. Use /unrent first to clear your current spawn.

Selling Your Apartment

You can sell your apartment using /myapartment sell while inside it. You will receive 50% of the original purchase price back (the base building price, not including the interior fee).

You must type "YES" in the confirmation dialog to complete the sale.

Selling your apartment is permanent. Any items remaining in your locker will be lost and will not be refunded.
