Text search option in /laws and legals /jail menu

Suggestion:
Basically today if you want to know the penalty code for a specific IC rule violation you who to scroll through the /laws menu and sub-menu which isn't very user friendly.
I suggest to implement search bar option for both /laws and PD/SASF's /jail command for ability to search for a certain law's name or description to get faster result of the violation's code.
e.g I have a suspect I want to arrest for trespassing, vehicular endangerment and attempted murder so when I type /jail the menu of all violations pops up and I can type vehicular - press enter -> see all violations with the word vehicular in it etc.
Same for /laws -> GUI opens up -> write trespassing in the menu's search bar -> results will show violaions 3.1 and 3.2:
3.1 - Trespassing
3.2 - Trespassing of a restricted facility

Who benefits:
Everyone, mainly legals who will have their lives easier if can't remember the violation code of the top of their heads.
In no way does this harm non-legals, just a more friendly UI
