Designation Label or Identification Decal for legals!

Suggestion:
Legal factions have rank based vehicle restricions and we currently use car tickets to signify what rank can drive which car.

A simple /car label command instead of using /car ticket, restricted to T0s, so we can easily assign vehicles or specify who’s allowed to use them. This would cut down on the visual clutter and stop anyone from removing or adding labels without permission. Just a small change, but it could make a big difference in keeping things organized.

Who benefits:
Prevent unauthorized members from removing or altering vehicle labels just so they can drive it.

Who is hurt:
Nobody
