Add chainsaw to hardware store

Suggestion:
Add the chainsaw back to the hardware stores like we used to have it 15 years ago, under a reasonable price (e.g 500k).

Who benefits:
The players benefit by this change, by adding some much needed spice to the game, and variation to the gameplay as most meele weapons are useless/unused.

Who is hurt:
Someone who sold their hardware business recently 🤣
