[Bank Balance Limit] Change the limit to 2b.

Suggestion:
Hello, i want to suggest change the bank balance limit to 2b instead 1b
But Keep the Bank Interest rate as it Limited to 1B.

Who benefits:
All imrp players and especially who play alot.

Who is hurt:
I cant see anyone can be hurted by this change.

Yes would be good, this does not mean we get int on amount in bank above 1b 10m but once the balance is above 1b 10m the int should be credited to account on the 1b 10m max

Yes, good idea. So you don't have to run to the bank after 1.010.000.000 to withdraw in order to don't loose the interests.
