Bug report loses text on submit

Current Behaviour:
basically right now, you report and issue without having max/min characters and you end up losing all text saved when you submit.

Expected Behaviour:
the expected behaviour should show you when something is not completed instead reloading site to show you error...

Steps to Reproduce:
Well, I tested reporting on Factions and it kept showing that I have no description and it's missing etc.. kinda fucked wasted time.

Do you have a screenshot? Because i can't reproduce it.

I tested this on PC and Android, when this topic was created and today, on bug report and suggestion creation pages with faction category selected, wasn't able to reproduce.

This was tested by Parker and it seems like screenshot was the reason why it was failing, please check and add a preventive to that to not fail @Woet
