Discord rich presense status is reset on launcher restart

Current Behaviour:
The discord rich presence option keeps being reset to the default option, ON, when you restart the launcher despite turning it off previously.

Expected Behaviour:
It should stay off if it was turned off.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Open launcher and navigate to settings --> general
• turn off discord rich presense
• restart launcher
