modern chat mod custom color support for faction/team etc chats

Suggestion:
Modern Chat mod currently comes with a _chat.ini file which has option to customize but the file is not whitelisted in the launcher for us to use our own custom configurations of colors. It is also not synced with the Chat Colors options in /settings.

I'm suggesting adding an option to edit the values in _chat.ini in the new Custom Mods menu
