turfs taken by legal factions don't show up in /server/turfs

Current Behaviour:
Title's pretty clear, turfs owned by Legal Factions do not show up in https://sa-mp.im/server/turfs and the boxes are completely missing.

Expected Behaviour:
They should show up in the associated legal faction's color.

Steps to Reproduce:
Visit https://sa-mp.im/server/turfs when a legal faction is holding a turf in-game.
