easy way to identify server owned vehicles

Suggestion:
as the title says

• make sure they're all using the same 'SERVER' (most of them do, except some)
• make them all the same color or the same tire, something other than the default one
• add a 3d text that shows that the vehicle is owned by server, similar to the text like in /dl. To combat the performance issues with the text, this should be automatically turned off, and people who wish to see this label for server vehicles can simply toggle it on/off with a command which is TBD if the feature is implemented.

Who benefits:
People who wish to differentiate between server owned, team / faction owned vehicles simply by looking instead of having to get in or look at the plate.

Who is hurt:
practically nobody
