Whitelist mouse.png and sampgui.png

Suggestion:
You can change the mouse cursor (mouse.png) and the UI of the chat (sampgui.png) using these files and is harmless to allow these to be customized. They reside directly in the main directory so all you have to do is drop them in the IMRP Launcher folder and you're good to go.
Pros - More customization to the launcher!
Cons - nothing
Bonus: Remove corona.png whitelist in mod settings --> custom mods --> approved file paths because it was for the Project 2DFX mod which has been removed from the launcher a long time ago.
Who benefits:
people who would like to customize their cursor and samp user interface (those who do not use modern chat)
Who is hurt:
nobody

Would love to see everything become more HD (remind me of the map icons that we already can replace them).
It’s a 2004 game after all, so a lot of things still look pretty old. I’m totally with you on this one!
