Gun effects

Suggestion:
Default effects without any smoke from the weapons or tires. It also removes gunshells.

Who benefits:
Mostly everyone who wants to use default effects to only see a bit of blood without any smoke.

Who is hurt:
No one. If you don't want to use it then don't.

No Post FX mod does not do this. I'd use this if added tbh
