Houses, and properties

Suggestion:
The suggestion what i get from potential new and some old players is that there is so many houses owned by players who is active like once in a year, like all thouse custom houses or some nice ones is owned by the same account, 10-20 houses by the same name. everywhere you drive to look some nice houses. So what i hear about players complain is that there is any change to make more houses available to buy or add some more in the server, cause it makes the server also a joinable, if player can earn money, and buy some nice stuff to grown, includes house. Right now what i see the most is the players who is more inactive than active is owned more stuff to that players who is active and want to enjoy the server, make money, start factions or etc, but right now you can just earn money and chill around, or buy houses witch is listed in the market like 2b ingame money or some non realistic amounts.
